What is cageless boarding?
Traditional pet boarding typically includes metal cages and limited interaction with staff. Pepe Le Pooche is redefining this experience by providing cage-free boarding suites equipped with glass doors from Mason.
Is there someone overnight with the pets?
Most pet hotel facilities lack overnight staff. Our facility boasts surveillance and is secured by a central station alarm system.
To ensure a stress-free environment, we play soothing dog music and use aromatherapy oils. We refrain from having staff patrol the facility at night. Pets typically sleep throughout the night; indeed, most dogs are already asleep by the time we close for the evening. We usually rouse them in the morning as our staff begin to arrive at 6:30 AM.
Can a friend or relative drop off/pick up my dog?
Yes, of course, please include the name and phone number of the person in the instructions who will be dropping or picking up your dog to ensure accuracy in his or her care. We will need to enter the person in your Gingr App as an approved pickup person, please let the person know that we will require an ID to pick up pet.
Can My dogs board together?
Yes, dogs from the same family can board together. We do reserve the right to upgrade the dog(s) to a larger accomodation and/or separate them into separate rooms if we feel it is to the best interest of the dog's health and well-being/safety. Pepe Le Pooche can not be held responsible for any disagreements between dogs while sharing a room.
